Our client, a leading player in the health and wellness industry, faced a critical challenge. The payment system of their Wim Hof Method platform was outdated and inefficient, posing a direct threat to their revenue streams and overall functionality.
The primary goal was to modernize and improve the payment system. We aimed for enhanced security, a wider range of payment options, and an optimal user experience, aligning with the platform's growth objectives.
Our approach included a technical review of the outdated codebase, seamless integration of the Adyen payment API, implementation of design thinking for an improved user experience, extensive requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement, and thorough testing and quality assurance to minimize risks.
